For the past 6 years in Interlachen, our park was free. Ravine Gardens State Park is FUN but not free costing $3500 for the park and auditorium next year. So, we are hosting a Fantasia Mushroom Benefit Dinner in order to keep the admission price low. With the help of Tradd & Olga Cotter (Mushroom Mountain, Easley, SC) and Lacie Motley (MAGNOLIA CAFE, Palatka, Florida) we will grow a host of intersting unusual tastey shrooms and prepare a FANTASIA or fantasy come to life dinner. Tradd and Olga will discuss the growing and preparing of shrooms during dinner.
Commentary during dinner by Tradd and Olga Cotter discussing the growing and preparing of the mushrooms involved with the FANTASIA Dinner. This will be a very unique and exciting mushroom experience and education for anyone interested in growing, preparing or eating mushroooms!
Dinner is after the festival and before the bioluminescent GloWalk. This will be an exclusive mushroom dinner like no other ever. We expect the dinner to sell out so act soon.
Let me say that the park has been incredible to work with. They gave us an incredible $990 introductory price for rent this year or we could not being having such a festival muchless at such an incredible venue. THANKS Y'ALL!
